Services Description

Bots For Humans provides managed AI bot deployment services, including but not limited to:

• Deployment and configuration of AI bots on your infrastructure
• Security hardening and monitoring
• Human oversight and support
• Regular updates and maintenance
• Channel configuration and integration

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Subscription and Billing

Service Level and Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that:

• The services will be available at all times without interruption
• The services will be error-free or free from viruses
• Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bots For Humans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of applicable laws
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
